Order Handling

This Policy is only for orders within Australia (Domestic Orders). After your purchase has been paid, confirmed and verified, items are quality checked, packaged and labelled. We strive to get orders received before 2pm local time processed for shipping on the same day.

Delivery Within Australia

After your orders shipped, deliveries usually take 5 - 7 working days* to arrive at their destination, this may can take longer depending on the courier. We use AUSPOST to deliver your orders. If you do not receive your order after 10 business days, please inform us as soon as possible. 90% of our customers receive their items within five (5) business days.

Shipping Cost

We are offering FREE Delivery Australia Wide! We do provide tracking information to the buyer for each and every order We do offer FREE Express Post if customer purchase more than 2x items for 1x delivery address.

Change of Delivery Address / Wrong Delivery Address

We are unable to change the delivery address if the order is in transit.

We can assist you if you got the shipping address wrong for the order. If you want to change the delivery address, just contact us within an hour of placing your order.

Damaged Item received
